Customer Service Co-ordinator
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at our head office in Loughborough. You’ll take ownership of customer issues from start to finish: coordinating our operatives and contractors, liasing with NHBC and keeping customers updated along the way.
You’ll need customer service experience, strong organisation, a keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. If you care about delivering a 5-star experience we’d love to hear from you!

Success through apprenticeships.
Our highly successful apprenticeship programme has gained national recognition for delivering exceptional apprentices. Our traditional training programme gives the opportunity to ‘earn and learn’ whilst gaining a professional qualification and establishing a life-long career. Each year we work in close partnership with the CITB and local colleges to recruit both craft and technical apprentices who will train alongside our highly experienced and dedicated mentors.
Approximately 90% of our apprentices stay on with us after completing their training, and several have gone on to become part of the senior management team and even directors.
