Our highly successful apprenticeship programme has gained national recognition for delivering exceptional apprentices. Our traditional training programme gives the opportunity to ‘earn and learn’ whilst gaining a professional qualification and establishing a life-long career. Each year we work in close partnership with the CITB and local colleges to recruit both craft and technical apprentices who will train alongside our highly experienced and dedicated mentors.
Approximately 90% of our apprentices stay on with us after completing their training, and several have gone on to become part of the senior management team and even directors.

Current opportunities.
Electrical Qualifying Supervisor
Supporting the Electrical Manager, you will be required to lead a team of electricians working on various construction sites across the business, and oversee all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with NICEIC requirements and William Davis Ltd.’s own exceptional standards.
We’re looking for someone with:
– 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
– Level 3 Electrical qualification
– C&G 2391 (or equivalent testing & inspection)
– Strong knowledge of compliance with BS7671, certification & testing
– The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Previous QS or supervisory experience is preferred.
