The New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) is a set of standards for housebuilders to ensure new homes are built well and buyers are treated fairly. It covers everything from sales and marketing to construction quality and after sales service. Being part of this code means we commit to higher standards across every part of your home buying experience.

Find out below which Code is relevant to you based on the date you reserved your new home:

New Homes Quality Code (version 2)

If you reserved your home after 2nd March 2026 you will be covered by the New Homes Quality Code Version 2 (March 2026). A copy of which can be found here.

New Homes Quality Code (version 1)

If you reserved your home before between the 3rd June 2025 and 2nd March 2026 you will be covered by the New Homes Quality Code Version 1 (October 2023). A copy of which can be found here.

Consumer Code

Any reservations before 3rd June 2025, are covered by the Consumer Code. More information can be found here.
