How it works
Find a home
Choose your William Davis home and let your sales adviser know you’re ready to buy.
Valuation
Our sales consultant will instruct three estate agents to undertake independent valuations of your home.
Agreeing the sale
Next, we’ll make you a full market value offer based on these three separate property valuations. As with any normal house sale, you’ll have some time to think about it. Then, once you’ve accepted, we’ll reserve your William Davis home.
No chain
The buying and selling process continues as normal. With no chain to worry about, you’ll be free to plan your décor and think about furnishings.
Moving day
When you come to pick up your keys, that’s when we make the exchange. Hand over your old keys to start your new life in your new home.

Are you eligible?
Part Exchange can be a helpful part of the moving process, but to be eligible you’ll need to be buying a new home that’s valued at 30% more than your current one. Your current house will need to be less than 30 years old and your property must be in good condition.
